    4. Inner Filling Of Door Leaf
    The inner of door leaf is filled with high-density polyurethane or special alveolate paper core ,which are characterized by heat and sound insulation ,high heat performance and good smoothness.The material,processed throuth fully automatic coating system,has foundationally been settled the defects possibly arising from coating preprocessing technique in the same trade.

    5. Automatic Leaceling & Cutting System
    User automatic control system to flatten the rolled plate and precisely cut it into the required sizes,with flatness up to 1-2 mm/m2,the steel plate is quite flat and smooth so the quality of doorplate is guaranteed.
